As a customer of Age UK Hertfordshire, you have a right to complain if you are not satisfied. As a relative or friend of a customer, you have a right to complain on behalf of the customer. 

If you have a complaint about a service, the first thing to do is talk to the person you normally deal with at Age UK Hertfordshire. Your complaint will be treated in strict confidence. Very often, this is all that is needed to resolve the problem. If you are not satisfied with the response or feel unable to discuss it with the individual, then please contact us via the form below.

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within five working days. Your complaint will be dealt with as quickly as possible and we will write to inform you of the outcome.
