Location:     Hybrid working - Head Office Hertford and remote working

Hours:   Full time 35 hours per week

Salary:   £24,108  per annum

Contract: 12 month fixed term contract

About the Role

Our Information and Advice Team can help older people across Hertfordshire with a range of issues including help with claiming benefits, Lasting Powers of Attorney, IT skills, housing options, leisure activities and much more.

You will support the team to deliver a fast and efficient service to all older people across Hertfordshire, both by telephone and online.

These roles involve working at our head office in Hertford during training moving to hybrid working.

Good written and spoken communication skills are required in addition to an understanding of the needs of older people.
