  • Carnforth Memory Support Group

    Free Methodist Church, Kellet Road, Carnforth, LA5 9LR
    2nd Monday of Each Month 2-4pm
     
    A safe, comfortable and supportive environment where people with memory loss and their carers can come together, socialise, have a cuppa and find out what help is available. Guest speakers and representatives from Age UK Lancashire, Alzheimer's Society, and Citizens Advice attend each month. 

  • First Tuesday Hub

    Trinity Church, Main Road, Bolton-le-Sands, Lancaster, LA5 8DU
    1st Tuesday of the month, 1.30-3pm
     
    A social afternoon for all members of the community.  Guest speakers and Age UK Lancashire staff and other agencies are on hand to provide advice and information. Pupils from the Primary School attend each month, share their learning and join attendees in a short chair-based exercise session at the end of the afternoon. 

  • Garstang and District Carers Support Group

    Garstang Methodist Church, Park Hill Road, Garstang, Preston, PR3 1HF
    1st Wednesday of each month, 2-4pm
     
    Drop-in session for individuals and their carers.  Come along and have a brew and a chat, share experiences and access information on local services and guest speakers. 

  • Bay Information Hub & Cafe

    Alternates monthly between Trimpell Club, Out Moss Lane, Morecambe, LA4 4UP and St Paul's Parish Hall, Scotforth Road, Lancaster LA1 4ST
    1st Friday of each month, 1.30- 3.30pm 
     
    A friendly drop-in session for anyone affected by dementia, Parkinson's or another neurological condition. Come along for a brew and a chat, talk to representatives of up to 16 local support organisations including Age UK Lancashire and Alzheimer's Society, Admiral Nurses and mental health teams. Guest speaker each month.
