    We are delighted to be recruiting a talented individual for a new position of Dementia Hub Coordinator.

    Sessions will be facilitated by the Coordinator and a small team of Activity Leads over a period of 12 months, to reach a wide range of people living with dementia, their carers and professionals in the H&SC sector.
