Bradbury Centre closes to customers but business as usual

To enable us to comply with the latest Government guidance on social distancing we have taken the decision to close our Bradbury Centre office.

Our service provision changes on a daily basis but as ever we will do our very best to ensure that all of our stakeholders are informed of changes to service provision.

Bradbury Centre

The Bradbury Centre will close down completely from March 24 2020.

Information & Advice

The team will work in a similar way from home and will contact customers via a mobile telephone

Admiral Nursing

This team is still available for face to face critical cases only as directed by our lead Admiral Nurse.

Befriending

We will be ready to promote the Telephone Befriending service very soon and are therefore preparing to add additional capacity to this service if necessary.

Support at Home

If a customer has no support at home with shopping we will look to assist where we are able. Contact our Customer Service Team Tel: 0191 2808484  

Jarrett’s Community Café

Will remain closed our catering team is supporting a shopping service as above.

Our EveryDay Care at Home Service is running uninterrupted 

We have added additional capacity to the Customer Service Team to manage the increased demand on this service and increased call volumes. The team will operate over 7 days of the week between the hours of 10:00-15:00 .
