We've got a range of activities to suit any ability. Why not have a look and see what we've got going on in your local area. It's a great way of getting yourself moving, keeping active and meeting new people! Take part in a sports group, join a local walk or put on your dancing shoes!

Dance to Health (various locations)

Falls Prevention Specialist group. Simple but exciting dance steps to help improve your balance, flexibility and muscle strength. Have fun and a cuppa while at it too. 

Cost: Fees may apply.

Activity Level: Low - Moderate. Sessions have a mix of seated and standing exercises.

Community Day Trips

Trips to different locations in Norwich and Norfolk. Enjoy a day at the garden centre, country-side, historic site and other locations. These trips are primarily for those who are isolated and do not have the neccesary means to go out themselves. Booking is essential and some eligibility criteria will apply.

Eaton Park Walk

A gentle walk through the historic Eaton park. 

Cost: FREE

Frequency: Monthly, Second Wednesday of the month

When: Second Wednesday of the month, 1.30pm - 3.30pm

Where: Eaton Park Community Centre, South Park Avenue

Activity Level: Moderate. Should be able to walk short distances. Walking will be at a slow to steady pace to accommodate everyone.

City History Walk

Love Norwich? Get to know its history and it's little corners and quirks with our excellent guide and friendly bunch of attendees. You will be an expert in no time!

Still on the Ball Walking Football Club

For all the football lovers who haven't played for a while. This is a chance to enjoy the beautiful game in a slow paced, friendly and fun atmosphere. Our two teams are open to all, including those who have never played football and those who are living with long term health conditions. Family members are also welcome to enjoy a cuppa on us.

Riverside Multi-Games

Who doesn’t like an opportunity to try different games? At Riverside, we have table-tennis, boccia, age curling and archery on offer at all the sessions so you can take you're pick or give everything a go!
