Age UK Norwich is a local independent charity with 40 staff members. We reach and support around 6,000 older people and their families each year across our range of services and activities.
Our staff team works closely with the local community, and much of our work is delivered across Norwich and its suburbs.

Health Coach
This role is ideal for someone with a fitness and personal training background, who wishes to work in the community delivering our Health Coaching service to a range of audiences, including GP referred clients and older adults with risks of falls and frailty.
As a Health Coach, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellbeing for individuals aged 50+ across Norwich and Norfolk. This includes supporting clients at home, online, and in community settings to improve physical activity levels, build confidence, and access local services and social opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic team and be part of a local charity that helps people in a holistic way. As well as health coaching, Age UK Norwich provides information, advice and welfare, physical activity groups, community support work, trips, clubs, and befriending. Through our Health Coaching, clients have reported 92% increase in confidence, 53% feel less lonely, 55% feel able to do things they use to do, and 84% have felt their health has improved. This role will allow you to develop your skills, use your creativity, and help a lot of older people. Trustee - help guide our work
We are looking for trustees to join the Age UK Norwich board to help us shape the charity and make Norwich a great place to grow old. We are evolving to meet the needs of an aging population and ensuring Norwich is an age-friendly city and our trustees are a key part of driving this agenda forward, working with the Chief Executive.
