Our website allows you to contact us. The information you provide will be recorded on our systems, a third-party software, provided by Dizons Ltd who are one of our Data Processors.

After we have sent you the information you requested, we’ll retain your contact information for 3 months, after which it will be erased. This is encase you need further information or decide to use one of our services.

In the first instance, please contact us so that we can understand your issue and try and resolve it. We may ask our Data Protection Lead to look at your situation.
