Wise up to Ageism Training
This interactive 90-minute CPD workshop explores what ageism is, how it affects people of all ages, and the impact it can have on health, wellbeing, and society. Drawing on key messages from the Age Proud Leeds campaign, participants will learn to recognise and challenge ageist attitudes, whether directed at others or ourselves, and discover the positive benefits of embracing ageing.
The session also highlights the Age Friendly Employer Pledge and offers networking opportunities with organisations already leading the way.
