We work in partnership with a wide range of organisations to run age friendly social activities for any level of experience – so there’s something for everyone.

Arty Party

We invite you to explore your creative side at our monthly Arts and Crafts club. Basic-level and will feature a different activity each session. Materials and refreshments will be provided.

Cost: £5 per session

An afternoon at Notcutts Garden Centre where you can enjoy a hot drink whilst tucking into a sweet or savoury treat and a look around the garden centre.

"Still on the Ball" Football Reminiscence Group

Norwich has some rich history and so does its football club, the Canaries.At this dementia friendly club we share some fantastic memories, play games, participate in quizzes and discuss everything Norwich City Football Club.Fans of other football clubs are also welcome.A must for all football fans in Norwich aged 50+. This group is also Dementia Friendly.

Walking Football

For all the football lovers who haven't played for a while. This is a chance to enjoy the beautiful game in a slower paced, friendly and fun atmosphere. Our team is open to all, including those who have never played football and those who are living with long term health conditions. Family members are also welcome to enjoy light refreshments.

"Veteran's Recall" Military Reminiscence Group

At this Dementia Friendly group, we bring together retired military personnel to reminisce and share fantastic stories.

Serving military personnel aged 50+ are also welcome, as well as partners and other family members of those who were / are in the military.
