Age UK Norwich is a local independent charity with 40 staff members. We reach and support around 6,000 older people and their families each year across our range of services and activities.

Our staff team works closely with the local community, and much of our work is delivered across Norwich and its suburbs.

Health Coach

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Health Coach to help people aged 50+ across Norwich and Norfolk stay active, connected, and independent. You’ll support clients one-to-one and in groups, helping them build confidence, improve wellbeing, and access local services. This flexible role offers the chance to make a real difference as part of our community health and wellbeing team at Age UK Norwich.

Advice Specialist

The Advice Specialist plays a key role in shaping, improving, and assuring the quality of Age UK Norwich’s charitable advice services, including Accredited Advice, Information and Signposting, Advocacy and Social Prescribing. Working closely with the Head of Service Delivery and Chief Executive Officer, the role leads service developments, evaluates impact, and ensures delivery meets regulatory standards and the evolving needs of older people.

As part of the Delivery Support Team, the Advice Specialist supports staff development, collaborates with partners and community stakeholders, and represents the charity to promote our work and strengthen service outcomes. While not managing staff directly, the post provides technical expertise, oversees change projects, and contributes to the safe, effective governance of our advice services.

Trustee - help guide our work

We are looking for trustees to join the Age UK Norwich board to help us shape the charity and make Norwich a great place to grow old. We are evolving to meet the needs of an aging population and ensuring Norwich is an age-friendly city and our trustees are a key part of driving this agenda forward, working with the Chief Executive.
