Most people want to stay in their home for as long as possible, but factors like health and mobility can make this more of a challenge.

Norfolk and Waveney Community Support Service

Welcome to our new collaborative service, the Norfolk and Waveney Community Support Service (NWCSS). We are looking forward to working with our partners The British Red Cross, and Voluntary Norfolk, where together we will be taking referrals from those who are to be discharged from hospital, or adult social care, and aim to help reduce the risk of them being readmitted and provide support for independent living
