There are a number of ways you can donate to Age UK Norwich, every penny stays local and will make a difference to the life of an older person in Norwich.
£100 will pay for four activity sessions keeping a group of older people socially active and helping to tackle isolation.
£50 enables a trained welfare rights advisor to help someone get the benefits they’re entitled to. Last year Age UK Norwich got £1.6million into the pockets of older people that both needed and deserved it.
£20 means someone has an opportunity to talk through their problems with a trained advisor.
Last year we helped nearly 4000 older people.
£5 helps a volunteer visit a lonely older person for a chat.
In 2015, Age UK figures reveal
• An estimated 5 million older people consider their TV to be their main form of companionship, while almost 600,000 only leave their house once a week or less.
• A million older people in the UK haven't spoken to anyone for a month

A gift in your Will or a Tribute Donation
A gift in your Will can help us to support older people for years to come.
A generous Will bequest enabled us to open our city centre shop and information and advice centre. These two initiatives have resulted in us being able to help thousands of older people and their families and generate funding towards the running of our other services.
Instead of arranging flowers for a funeral, some people choose to make a ‘tribute’ donation. Your funeral director can help make arrangements.
A million tonnes of clothing gets dumped in landfill each year!
Your unwanted items could be someone else’s perfect outfit. We always need items to sell in our London Street shop. We can supply donation bags and clothing bins which can be stationed at events and in shops and offices.
