Around the World for Age UK Plymouth

Do you enjoy walking? Do you like to run? Do you hike?

If so, why not help us get Around the World with Strava!

Strava is a free app that you can download to your phone and record your activities. It links with your Apple Health and Apple Watch (if you have these). Do not worry if you don’t have these because you can use something else to record your activities, like your smart phone or other smart watches and you can manually input your miles into Strava.

To sign up and join the club you can download Strava, search for Age UK Plymouth and follow us. You will then see the ‘Around the World with Age UK Plymouth’ club. Please join this and select join in. Or you can follow this link (https://www.strava.com/clubs/1037469) and sign up this way!

Between now and the end of the year, we will pass through 59 milestones, starting and ending in London.
