Would you like to be part of a team helping to relieve the pressures on the NHS by supporting those leaving hospital?
As a Rapid Responder you will be providing a commissioned service as agreed with the NHS at the point of discharge for individuals living in their own homes. It will involve a variety of different task which may include, collection of patients from hospital, helping them to get to appointments, basic food preparation, light cleaning, shopping and collecting prescriptions for them.
