Book onto any or all of our six Tai Chi classes taking place this summer.
Discover the calming benefits of Tai Chi, a gentle form of exercise that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and mindfulness. Perfect for all fitness levels, Tai Chi is known to help improve flexibility, balance and mental focus, while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
We're excited to welcome experienced instructors this summer, where they'll be leading one of two new exercise groups as part of our Wellbeing Hub at the William and Patricia Venton Centre.
As well as Tai Chi, we'll also be running evening Exercise Classes every Thursday from July 3 until 7 August. We've published the first six week block of sessions and will share the next block as soon as they are confirmed!
