Stay active and socially connected at Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin's walking rugby group.

This group meets on a Monday, 10.00am-12.00pm.

If you're male and aged 60+ our walking rugby group is a fantastic way to stay active and enjoy the game at a slower pace, whatever your fitness level. Walking rugby is a low-impact, non-contact adaptation of the traditional game, making it ideal for beginners and those returning to the sport after time away.
