On Saturday 11 March 2017, 5 brave fundraisers took to the skies to jump 13,000ft out of a plane, in a tandem parachute jump, all in aid of Age UK Solihull.

It was a cloudy day and there was a quite a long wait until the weather was sufficient enough for our fundraisers to do their jump.

Our fundraising manager, trustee and volunteer were amongst the five that put themselves forward for this daring event. We're incredibly grateful to them for taking on this daring challenge and they have helped to raise over £4,500!

All the money raised in Solihull, stays in Solihull.

One of our Care Navigators, Fiz, will be taking on this daring parachute jump on 3 September 2017, sponsor her here: Fiz parachute jump
