As of 1 October 2026, Age UK Solihull is no longer the provider of the Solihull Information & Advice services.
The Solihull Information & Advice service, known now as Here2Help, has recently been awarded to another provider.
The Solihull Community Advice Hubs at The Core and Chelmsley Wood Library are now closed.
From 1 October, residents seeking information and advice should contact Here2Help, who will provide support by telephone, email and through multiple face-to-face locations across the borough.
