Older People's Health and Care Annual Survey October 2022

Age UK are conducting research to understand more about the current health and care needs of older people. They are looking to hear from older people themselves but also from friends and family who want to share their loved ones experiences on their behalf.
There are 30 multiple choice, very quick questions in this survey, and 14 where you can write in your answers. Not all of the questions will be relevant to everyone, so you should be able to skip some. You do not need to answer any questions which you are uncomfortable with.
