Walk for Health Stockport Walking Groups

Walk For Health Stockport are holding weekly walks for anyone interested in walking, they are a friendly bunch and would like to welcome new weekly walkers!
Abney Hall Walk - Please dress accordingly with the weather and be aware that there are sometimes some steps and uneven ground along the way. We usually stop at the café at the end of our walk for some refreshments, but feel free to bring your own if you want.
Mooch and Mingle - A walking group for those with limited mobility who would like to get out a bit more and meet new people in a safe and supportive environment.
Woodbank Wanderers - This walk is suitable for reasonably fit people. It may include unsurfaced rural paths, with some sustained ascents or descents. If in doubt about your fitness level, please contact the walk leader in advance, or take a look at the other wellbeing walks available for different abilities.
