Job Title: Tandem Support Worker

Responsible to: Tandem Support Service Manager

Contract: Flexible, minimum of 15 hours required

Salary: £10.90 per hour

Holidays: Pro Rata of full time allowance: Full time allowance 5.6 weeks comprising of 20 working days and 8 statutory holidays per annum.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST:

To provide high quality person centred care and support to vulnerable people to enable them to remain living in the community by providing support within the person’s home and or within the wider community.

Candidate must have a full driving license and access to own vehicle.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES:

The following details reflect the content of the post at the date prepared. The post holder will be expected to adopt a flexible attitude to the duties which may have to be varied, after discussion with the post holder, subject to the needs of the organisation and in keeping with the general profile of the post. Consequently this job description may be revised from time to time.
