Our Strategic Plan 2025-28

Published on 13 October 2025 08:51 AM

We are delighted to launch Age UK Surrey’s Strategic Plan today, which sets out our aims, priorities and values over the next three years, ensuring they continue to reflect who we are and what matters most to the people we serve.

We want to be the leading provider of support services and advice to older people across Surrey.

Our new strategy places a renewed focus on tackling loneliness and isolation, recognising that meaningful connection is at the heart of living well. We are expanding our work to reach those who are most at risk of being left behind — including people living with dementia and those who are frail or experiencing mobility challenges.

We also remain committed to making sure our services are accessible across the whole of Surrey, reaching both towns and rural communities. As the lead organisation for older people in the county, we take pride in working alongside our partners, volunteers, and local networks to create opportunities for companionship, support, and independence.

We have an amazing team of motivated staff, volunteers and Board members who are committed to this journey.  We would love you to join too.  If you can support in any way, it would be a pleasure to hear from you.
