Our new Independent Care Advice service can help you make the best possible care decisions. Whether it be for an urgent situation or considering future care needs, we will take the time to listen carefully to your requirements and wishes and discuss your situation in detail.

Free advice service for older people in Surrey, on topics such as benefits, social care, money and health.

Volunteer Shopping Service
This is a free service and available to older people who are not be able to access online food deliveries or go to the shops because they are staying home to keep safe.

Check in and Chat
One of the best ways of helping someone during this unsettling time is by just keeping in touch. A Check in and Chat Call can make all the difference to someone who is lonely at this time.

Shopmobility
Shopmobility (Guildford) provides a selection of manual and powered wheelchairs and scooters to anyone of any age group who experiences difficulty walking around the town centre

The Hub
The Surrey Virtual Wellbeing Hub is a digital platform which supports Surrey residents who need interactive mental health and emotional wellbeing support during the COVID-19 isolation measures by connecting them to online resources and support available across Surrey.

Support for Veterans
The project wraps our current emergency services and tailors them for veterans (Information and Advice, Emergency Shopping, Check in and Chat and Digital Help Telephone Support).

Wellbeing Projects
We are delighted to be working with Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) across Surrey on Wellbeing Projects which either aim to re-connect individuals, into their community, so helping them get the most out of life, or by providing activities for inpatients in a community hospital.
