We are looking to hire:

Post:                        Dementia Outreach Coordinator (Part-time)
Salary:                      £21,840 (£27,300 FTE)
Hours of work:          28 hours per week, Mon to Thurs, 9:00am - 3:30pm,                                                                               Friday 10:30am - 2:30pm
Reporting to:            Dementia Service Lead
