Starting this July, we are proud to provide quality services for people experiencing a range of memory concerns in Mytchett.
Memory Lane - our MCST Sessions for people experiencing a range of memory concerns now in Ash.
Trained staff, supported by volunteers, deliver the Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) sessions, the only non-drug treatment recommended by NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence).
These MCST sessions run stimulating activities proven to maintain memory and foster new friendships. It offers a fun, supportive environment, with activities including discussions, quizzes, creative activities and musical activities.
When and Where?
Thursdays, 10.30am to 12.15pm. At the Benson Room, Japonica Court, Shawfield Road, Ash, Guildford, GU12 6QU
