Age UK Information & Advice Quality Marque
We hold the Age UK Information & Advice Quality Marque which demonstrates that our Information & Advice service:
- Provides consistent, relevant and effective advice to clients and demonstrates this by providing sufficient information in their client records.
- Has clear and relevant systems and procedures in place to manage the delivery of consistent, good quality information and advice.
- Monitors its services and seeks feedback from clients and stakeholders.
Advocacy Quality Performance Mark
We are proud to have achieved the Advocacy Quality Performance Mark (QPM) in January 2018 for our Information & Advice services. The QPM is the UK’s only independent quality performance mark for organisations offering independent advocacy; an essential service for people who need support to express their needs and have increased choice and control in their lives.
NCVO Mentoring and Befriending’s Approved Provider Standard
