The specially designed poles assist you in walking faster, with better posture and take the strain off your joints. People with joint problems or those recovering from an injury or operation will find Nordic Walking aids recovery.

Become a Nordic Walking Leader

You don't have to be an experienced Nordic Walker to volunteer as a Nordic Walking Leader. You'll receive full training and support to plan and lead walks as a Nordic Walking Leader.
