Walk in your local area, at your pace with a Volunteer to increase strength, stamina and confidence.
Must be able to mobilise independently
Walk and Talk is part of our Community Connections programme which supports people to connect to their local community. Walk and Talk with a volunteer for up to 12 sessions with the aim to rebuild confidence, stamina and independence.
To take part in Walk and Talk you should be:
• Aged 50 and above
• Living in the Borough of Sutton
• Able to independently engage with the service
• Able to mobilise independently (mobility aids and scooters are welcome)
