Reminder Finders is a 12 week MCST programme (Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy) for people who have recently received a diagnosis of dementia..

Research has shown that these groups can help people with mild/moderate dementia to maintain skills and happiness.  Reminder Finders provide a range of stimulating and enjoyable activities where people can also have fun and make new friends.

Who can attend?
Reminder Finders is aimed at people who have mild to moderate dementia.  Anyone who has recently had a diagnosis can be referred to the service.  Our service coordinator will invite you and your family to the Devonshire Resource Centre in Birkenhead to tell you more about the group, and to assess your suitability for the group.
