York City's home game against Truro sees Age UK York kindly supported as the Club's charity of the year fixture and championing our partnership in Together Supporting York

As York's local independent Age UK (York) we've been so grateful to partner with York City Football Club as one of their Charities. It has proven to be a fantastic partnership both off and on the field!

You can read more about about our partnership alongside York City FC here

Today's home game vs Truro is Age UK York's official charity fixture on 20 December. Anyone attending the game will have the chance to learn more about our charity as for over 50 years we have existed to support local older people, and those around them, right here in York.

Our team will also be fundraising, including Yorkie the York FC mascot, with every penny as ever raised going right back to our local work here in York. You can also donate to support our local work online here

The difference your kind support can make here in York

Each day older residents of York face daily challenges. Age UK York see York's ageing population as something to celebrate though too many local people experience the scurge of poverty, loneliness, social isolation and health and care challenges.

We are here to help. Though with growing needs we cannot do this alone and with your help we can continue to meet our mission of making a positive difference in support of local older people and those around them.

You can find out more about exciting partnership opportunities by contacting Louise in our team by emailing fundraising@ageukyork.org.uk or calling our team on 01904 627995.

Thank you.
