This session runs on Tuesday afternoons in Acomb 2-4pm. The group is £10 per session. This group is currently running as a memory group although it is anticipated a new programme of MCST will start in early Spring 2026.

MCST is a programme of 24 themed sessions aimed at keeping memories alive and promoting cognitive functioning. The sessions are designed for people with early to moderate dementia. Examples of the programme's themes include: Sound (a session based on music activities), Household Treasures (a reminiscence session on gadgets and gizmos used around the house), Team games (a session including games such as darts, bowling and a team quiz)
