Each two-hour session includes engaging cognitive stimulation activities that gently support memory, concentration, and mental wellbeing. - A sense of belonging and new friendships

Am I eligible?
Memory Club is open to anyone aged 60 or over who is living with Dementia or experiencing memory challenges. Participants must have mobility and be able to take part in group activities.
