  • Casual Hub Assistant (Retail)

    We are currently recruiting Casual Hub Assistants (Retail) to work as part of our team. The roles will be based in one (or more) of our Community Hubs in Wrose, Idle, Shipley, Keighley, Queensbury or Allerton. These are flexible roles, providing the opportunity to work in one or more locations within our existing teams. These roles are primarily to cover absences such as sickness and holidays within the teams / Hub’s.  

  • Income Generation Lead

    We are looking for someone to join our team in this important, interesting and varied role and would love to hear from people who are passionate about supporting older people to live their best possible life and generating income for the organisation.   

    Experience in an income generation environment is essential, as is the ability to network and develop opportunities with corporate and individual supporters.  

  • Social Connections - Programme Lead

    We are looking for someone to join our team to develop and lead an exciting new project and would love to hear from people who are passionate about supporting older people to live their best possible life. This is an interesting and varied position for someone who has a passion for leading and establishing a brand new Community Connections based project. 

  • Healthy Activities Programme Assistant

    We are looking for someone to join our team in this exciting new role to support the successful delivery of AUKBD’s range of Health Activities with a specific focus on the Communities in Motion programme.

    This is an interesting and varied position for someone who wants to make a positive impact on wellbeing and social connections across the Bradford District.

  • Healthy Activities - Programme Lead

    We are looking for someone to join our team to develop and lead on an exciting new project and would love to hear from people who are passionate about supporting older people to live their best possible life. This is an interesting and varied position for someone who has a passion for leading and establishing a brand new Community based project, providing physical activity sessions for older people. 

  • Social Connections - Programme Assistant

    We are looking for someone to support the day-to-day delivery of AUKBD’s Social Connections work with a specific focus on the Enabling Connections Programme, providing person-centred support to older people experiencing loneliness and social isolation through a structured, time-limited, goals-oriented befriending model. 

Become a volunteer Trustee

We need new Trustees to join our inspiring and collaborative Board to support the governance and strategic direction of the charity. Providing challenge and support we are actively seeking candidates who bring experience of operating at a board or strategic level across public sector, healthcare, charitable or commercial organisations.
