Healthy Together Clinic recognised at NAPC Award Ceremony

Huge Congratulations to our Healthy Together Clinic! It won Runner-Up in the NAPC Integrated Innovation Award on Wednesday 17th October at a ceremony in Birmingham.

Healthy Together Clinic is a weekly drop-in clinic for patients with lower leg wounds, who may also benefit from coming to a more relaxed community/social setting, rather than going to their GP surgery. The clinic is run by Bristol Community Health in partnership with Age UK Bristol.

The National Association of Primary Care (NAPC) is a leading membership organisation representing the interests of primary care professionals including general practitioners, nurses, practice staff, pharmacists, opticians and dentists. The NAPC Integration Inovation Awards recognises teams and organisations that have come together to deliver integrated care in an innovative way, breaking down the barriers and becoming partners to make a real difference to patient care.

We are so pleased that the great results from a partnership with Bristol Community Health are being recognised at a national scale. Well done to everyone who has worked towards making this project a success!
