Trustee (volunteer role)
- Voluntary (expenses paid)
- Approximately 4-8 hours per month
- Meetings take place in Bromley, Greenwich, or virtually via Video Conference when required
Age UK Bromley & Greenwich are the leading older persons organisation in both boroughs. We are a local charity with over 80 staff and 250 volunteers we are seeking to add to the expertise of our experienced, professional Board of Trustees. In particular, we are looking for people with skills and experience in any of the following areas:
- Fundraising/Finance
- IT/Digital
- Safeguarding
- Health & Social Care
We recognise the importance of having a diverse and inclusive Board of Trustees, and would therefore particularly welcome applications from the following, currently under-represented, groups:
- People from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds
- Disabled people
- People with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities
