In Greenwich we have Yoga and Dance for Wellness for Greenwich Residents 50 years + at our Greenwich Office. Age UK Bromley and Greenwich, 2 – 6 Sherard Road, Eltham, SE9 6EX

Both classes are FREE and booking is essential

1 – 2pm – Wednesday – Yoga

3 – 4pm – Thursday - Dance for Wellness
