Christmas Opening Hours

Published on 14 December 2020 01:19 PM

Thank you everyone for you incredible support this year.

We all know how tough a year it's been and we'd like to thank our staff and volunteers for their magnificent work, providing support to those in need and going above and beyond to assist with many complex issues, showing great compassion.

A record number of volunteers came forward to assist and hundreds of you helped to raise funds for us when we needed to step up and provide vital support, especially in the early part of the pandemic.

We are so proud of the support we have managed to give. Just take a look at the IMPACT we have had (follow the link below).

We will continue over the holidays and we are open every day over the festive period, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, the Bank Holiday and New Years’ Day.

Whilst services will be delivered on minimal staffing in order to give our colleagues a well-deserved holiday, phone lines and responsive services will be available each day and messages checked frequently.
