Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Celebrates Recognition as HSJ Awards Finalists

In a momentous evening filled with excitement and camaraderie, Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough (Age UKCAP) proudly emerged as finalists in the "Provider Collaboration of the Year" category at the Health Service Journal (HSJ) Awards. The recognition applauds the organisation's outstanding teamwork in collaboration with East Cambridgeshire District Council, Cambridgeshire County Council, Care Network Cambridgeshire, Caring Together Charity, and the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System, as they jointly delivered the transformative Winter Wellness Project.

Reflecting on the achievement, Age UKCAP expresses gratitude for being part of such a dedicated team.
