AUC Info & Advice help older people improve their finances

Age UK Camden’s information and advice team support older people in Camden to claim benefits they are entitled to but have not applied for.

Last year the team raised over £1 million in unclaimed benefits for hundreds of older people who used our service.

The Guardian Newspaper recently reported an estimated £3.5 billion worth of pension benefits are going unclaimed a year while nearly 2 million older people in the UK live in poverty. You can read the article here.
