Celebrating Fundraising Success Stories: Lizzie Meadowcroft and Team Bootstrap Events

Lizzie Meadowcroft recently achieved an extraordinary feat by completing the Wilmslow Half Marathon in under two hours, surpassing her own expectations. Not only did she conquer the challenge of the marathon, but she also exceeded her fundraising goal of £500. Congratulations, Lizzie, on this remarkable accomplishment!

Another noteworthy example of impactful fundraising comes from the dedicated efforts of the team at Bootstrap Events. The team, comprising Emily, Finn, Libbie, and Holly - all students at the University of Chester - organised an evening of line dancing and live music to raise funds for Age UK Cheshire. Their initiative proved to be immensely successful as they raised an impressive total of £2,000 for the cause.
