Online Activity Programme November 2020

Our Fit for Life Programme has transferred online we have 8 new classes and a quiz for you to join, all via Zoom.

You will receive an email with the zoom meeting ID so you can join any of the FFL classes. Any questions please email mark.huggard@ageukenfield.org.uk or call 07824 845 784.

For those who want to participate in the Health and Wellbeing (HW) you must pre-register and book via email: onlineactivities@ageukenfield.org.uk
