"The Chair and Board of Trustees are delighted to announce that Mark Hanna has been selected as the new Chief Executive Officer for Age UK Hertfordshire. Mark has been an integral part of the organisation for many years and especially as Operations Director and more recently as Interim CEO. We are particularly proud to have had the opportunity to have been able to appoint from within the organisation having a considered a number of very experienced external candidates. We are confident that Mark has the skill, drive and ambition to take AUKH forward at an important stage of the organisations future. There is lots to do following a challenging 18 month period to ensure we continue to meet the needs of the community we serve in Hertfordshire.  With Mark appointed to lead the organisation we have a stable environment to move AUKH forward to its next chapter working with stakeholders and partners to sustain and develop services for older people in the county."
