Keeping in contact with your friends, family and neighbours is important during self-isolation. Making an extra effort during this difficult time will not only keep everyone connected, but will help you not feel as if you are losing touch with the outside world. We have put together some ways to stay in contact with your loved ones:

  • Make a telephone call - Speaking over the phone is one of the quickest and easiest ways to stay in contact with people all over the world.
  • Speak via video chat - If you have a laptop, IPad or smartphone and have access to the internet you can speak to your loved ones via video chat apps such as skype - this means you still get to see them!
