Community Support
These events are made possible thanks to the generosity of our local partners.
-
Morrisons are backing us nationally through Age UK’s Charity of the Year vote and will support local clubs with refreshments and on-the-day help.
-
Certas Energy is providing funding for the Morecambe celebration.
-
Christ Church, Aughton is supporting Winter Warmth activities in Ormskirk.
-
And our volunteers, including the Lancaster & Morecambe Fire Cadets, will be supporting the events too.
Come and Join the Celebration
Silver Sunday is about celebrating the contributions of older people in our communities. Whether you join us for afternoon tea, take part in Winter Warmth activities, or simply come along for any of the activities, we can't wait to see you!
Save the dates, bring a friend, and celebrate with us!
