Book your tree collection here

Book your tree collection via the TryBooking website

It’s that time of year already! We’re up in the loft, the candles are out, into the garage to find those lights. The festive season is well and truly underway. But we have a question for you...

Will you be buying a real tree this year?

If you are then great, keep reading because our Christmas Tree Collection is back for a 3rd year!

Our volunteers will be out collecting and recycling real Christmas trees again to save you from the dreaded trip to the tip!

Many of us love the idea of a real tree, choosing it at the field they're grown in, taking it home, the kids so desperate to wrap it in tinsel and sparkling lights. But then comes the mess, pine needles everywhere. The drama of taking it down and hacking away at branches to cram it in the compost bin or car.  We are here to take that hassle away, so why not book your collection today and support our vital work all at the same time.

How does the collection work?

  • Book your collection using the link below
  • Make a minimum donation of £10
  • Complete your collection address details on the online booking form
  • Leave your undecorated tree outside your property in an easily accessible place by 8am on Saturday 6th or Sunday 7th January
  • We will collect your tree and take it to the recycling centre
  • Enjoy the fact you don't have to chop it up or take it to the tip yourself

Why should I do this?

This is the perfect way to support your local charity this Christmas, do your bit for the environment and it's completely hassle free!

All trees will be recycled by the Ribble Rivers Trust and used in various ways include helping stop bank erosion on the River Ribble and creating wildlife habitats.

How much does it cost?

We are asking for a minimum donation of £10 per tree and this can be paid when booking online via TryBooking.com.

All funds raised will be used to help us support older people across Lancashire.

Our team of volunteers will be out across the weekend in: Clitheroe/Barrow/Whalley/Chipping/Read/Longridge/Chatburn/Mellor/Langho/Ribchester/Sabden/Great Harwood/Osbaldeston/Mellor/Salmesbury/Brockhall
