Cross Bay Walk 2024 Registration Form

Take on the unique and challenging Cross Bay Walk on Saturday 15th June.
Starting at Arnside, the walk can take between 5.5 and 7.5 miles (depending on the safest route) to reach the finishing point in Grange.
The walk is a wonderful and challenging with varied terrain and stunning views!
Entry fee
The registration fee is £20 per person plus we ask all our walkers to raise funds for us by raising a minimum of £50 in sponsorship.
Dogs are welcome to join for free. Please keep dogs on lead and under control at all times.
Payment will be taken following your registration.

Free Fundraising T-shirt
Each person taking part will receive a free Age UK Lancashire fundraising t-shirt.
What will you need on the day?
- Wear old / comfortable trainers
- Wear comfortable clothing and dress accordingly
- Bring a hat and sunscreen
- Water (please take into account that on the sands there are no toilets – these are only at start/finish point.)
- Lunch / snacks as we will stop for a break on the walk
- Small first aid kit for yourselves to deal with any minor injuries / blisters etc
There will be emergency back up to assist if needed and any walker needs any help all they have to do is raise their hand and one of the team will come to assist (wearing yellow t shirts).
