Age UK Lancashire is seeking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Chair to lead our excellent Board of Trustees and to help us achieve the next phase of our exciting new strategy.

 The Chair of our Board will be responsible for leading the Trustees in the good governance and financial management of the Charity, and for ensuring that its core purpose of providing excellent support and services to people in later life is carried out.

 If you’re passionate about what we do and have relevant experience, then we would love to hear from you.  Ideally, you will bring prior experience as a chair gained elsewhere.

 Please note, that this role will require an individual who has the available time to commit, which will vary and could be up to a day a week.

 NB: This is a voluntary role and reasonable expenses will be paid.
