  • Online Retail Hub Support

    Are you looking to hone your practical skills in Retail, Digital & Logistics whilst volunteering?

    We have recently set up our e-commerce offering & now need support for our Online Retail Manager as we build this area of the business.

  • Shop Support - BISPHAM

    Whilst you are volunteering, you will be chatting to customers and making
    them feel welcome, as well as encouraging customers to donate with us.
    You will help to keep the sales floor looking great alongside a friendly
    team of volunteers and a Shop Manager.

  • Shop Display Support

    Whilst you are volunteering, you will be supporting us by helping to create
    eye catching and enticing windows to encourage customers to shop with
    us. Along with the Shop Manager you may help to select the product for
    display and dress the window and interior displays to look their very best.

  • Stockroom Support

    Whilst volunteering, you will be supporting in the stockroom sorting out
    donations of clothing, goods and furniture. You will help to prepare items
    ready for the shop floor and support us by maintaining an organised and
    tidy stockroom. You will enjoy being part of a friendly team of volunteers
    and with the support of Shop Management give you a sense of
    accomplishment and giving back.

  • Shop Lead Support

    You will support the AUKL staffing team by guiding and helping to coach
    a friendly team of volunteers in their day-to-day activities, whilst
    welcoming customers into our shop. Being a positive role model, you will
    help to guide the team to complete daily tasks on time, and at times,
    support us by being the first port of contact at the shop.

  • PAT Tester

    Whilst volunteering at our AUKL Shop, you will be supporting in the
    stockroom, reviewing and evaluating donated electrical items. You will be
    required to take an on line PAT qualification that enables you to test
    electrical items to ensure that they are safe to use and sell in our shops.
    You will enjoy being part of a friendly team of volunteers and with the
    support of Shop Management give you a sense of accomplishment and
    giving back.
