What is the Energy Advice Service?
This FREE service is available to people over 65 within the Lancashire area.
Navigating and understanding energy tariffs can be complex and overwhelming, often resulting in paying higher prices when there are alternatives.
Our Energy Advice Team can help with information and advice for energy saving measures. That could be choosing the most appropriate energy tariff for your needs or arranging installation of usable energy-saving fixtures by our Handyperson.
This could be energy saving LED lightbulbs, easy grip radiator keys or key lock covers.
The staff team are trained in Energy Awareness Level 3 and can help you to work out your current costs and offer comparisons to help reduce your spending.
We offer practical advice and simple tips to help keep your home warm and efficient. We aim to support people to be comfortable in their homes with increased health and wellbeing knowing that costs are more affordable.
